Billy Bell illness caused he left “SYTYCD”

Billy Bell, top 20 dancer has left SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE due to illness and will be replaced by Brandon Dumlao, 21, a Hip Hop dancer from Concord, CA. Brandon will join the Top 20 this week as they compete on the first two-hour performance show Tuesday, Oct. 27 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Billy Bell, a 19-year-old Julliard student from Loxahatchee Groves, FL, has been forced out due to an undisclosed illness, of the competition on So You Think You Can Dance. There is no details have been given about Bell’s illness.

“We are disappointed that Billy cannot continue dancing in the competition on the advice of his doctor and wish him a speedy recovery,” said executive producer/judge Nigel Lythgoe. “However, we are fortunate that Brandon Dumlao has agreed to return.”

Regarding this, Fox has also no further comment. Brandon Dumlao, as they compete to become Americas Favorite Dancer, joins previously announced finalists Channing Cooke, Phillip Attmore, Ashleigh Di Lello, Ariana Debose, Russell Ferguson, Ryan Di Lello, Mollee Gray, Kevin Hunte, Karen Hauer, Jakob Karr, Pauline Mata, Noelle Marsh, Legacy Perez, Kathryn McCormick, Peter Sabasino, Bianca Revels, Victor Smalley, Ellenore Scott and Nathan Trasoras.
