Dj AM Autopsy completed. How did Dj AM Die?
The Medical Examiner’s Office in New York City has completed the autopsy of DJ AM. From the latest source of information it is being said that it is a drug overdose case. There is a prescription drug bottles found where DJ AM dies…
There has been no determination as to the cause of death after the autopsy, more tests are needed, including toxicology, which could take several weeks to complete.
As I post before, DJ AM was found dead about 10 hours ago in his apartment at 210 Lafayette Street New York. The drug paraphernalia was found by the investigators at the apartment! Here his publicist Jennifer Weinman said:
“The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear. Out of respect for his family and loved ones, please respect their privacy at this time.”
DJ AM was able to keep sober so long and then the post traumatic stress from the plane crash, coupled with his reaction to a recent break up beguiled him back into the drugs.
Here is the message found in DJ AM twitter profile, which is his last tweet:
”New york, new york. Big city of dreams, but everything in new york aint always what it seems.”

Have some RESPECT!Here he was trying to help others overcome addiction and all you have are your lame insults(to a dead man).The poor guy just wanted to help others.I highly doubt you are half the person he was.He lost his life to addiction.Show some respect to his family HATER!

This response is to Eric…
Just because someone has a problem they cannot help themselves with does not make them a “dumbass” or “hypocrite” for trying to help others with the same problem. Just because he couldn’t kick his own bad habit, doesn’t mean that he didn’t realize how much of a mistake it was. The way I see it, Adam Goldstein had some deep issues with drugs and he saw that it was destroying him and his life so he tried to quit but quitting drugs is a never ending struggle (Especially if you’re a celebrity with a bunch of money who could get his hands on anything he wanted anytime of day. Realizing how much of a struggle it is to kick a drug habit he decided to step up to the plate and use his fame and fortune to help other addicts with the same problem. His show could make an actual difference in these peoples’ lives; it could save their lives and make their families stop hurting, but a dumbass like you, Eric, wouldn’t see that side of it.
I did not know DJ AM personally, nor did I follow his career. What I say could be completely off base, but that’s the way I see it because I know people who are going through the close to the same struggle he did both with drugs and alcohol. All in all, the way I see it is that Adam Goldstein tried to make a difference in the world and that’s more than I can say for a lot of other celebrities and “regular” people in the world. It is also probably more than you can say yourself, Eric.
So next time you decide to open your mouth. Remember to be a decent person atleast and show some respect.

no offense but how are the people suppose to feel after the one who helped them relapsed himself to a drug addict that doesnt give hope. i can see where anna ramirez is coming from but if you really did know people on drugs you would know that because DJ am couldnt kick the habit himself it would make it seem like you have know hope. and fuck the people who are saying he took the drugs because of the plane crash and his girlfriends breaking up with him he took the durgs because he wanted to! if you like drugs you like them you know they are bad who doesnt do shit they know is bad .

DJ AM Made a difference in the world who are u to judge an addict unless u were one and have beaten it u can never say shit like that Jesse and Eric. It’s people like u who make people want to relapse. Yes, he was an addict. but are u forgetting he was clean for a while. Did u forget what he did when he was clean. Everyone can sleep and fall this time he just wasn’t able to get back up. He can help addicts because they can see first hand from seeing someone fall back into a situation that it is not good and this time he didn’t come back this could be a realization for them. U have to have support system. Everyday is a fight a struggle. It’s if ur strong enpugh @ the end of the day.

im a drug addict, i havent read by any of u all that u have drug problems. so why are u judging am? every day that i wake up its a struggle, can u imagine as soon as u wake up and the rest of the day until u go to bed looking for ur feel better medicine? this is with oxycotin, and thats mainly what dj am delt with, herion and oxycotin addicts. well im addicted to oxycotin,it is a constant stuggle, at first u do it just to get high then u HAVE to do it just to feel normal. dj am might have relasped but he helped other people, he gave them a new life and gave the hope. to jessee i see where u are comin from about how are the peopl suppose to think they can stay clean when the person who saved them couldnt?, well my opinion is they would look at it as i will not fail, i will stay clean and keep my sobriey for dj am. addiction is a disease, some it will take over and kill. and others will beat thru the devil inside them. and to eric, u dont have a clue why do u think people do drugs, usually something is wrong with there life. when dj am lost his friends in the plane crash and he lived he probably would have rather died then his girlfriend broke up with him he was probably so lonely and afraid that he just gave up and wanted to forget about everything for a while, hell we dont know maybe he wanted to kill himself. i know if i was going to kill myself the easiest way would be to take a bunch of pills.the medical examiner even said they found a pill in his throat he was trying to take another pill when he died. well i think it was great what dj am did he saved 8 people while he was here we need to be thanking him for what he did, not talking down on him, maybe he couldnt overcome his addiction, but at least he had hope for other people. RIP dj am u did great things while u were here and u will always be remembered.

well im not addict, but i use drugs.It’s easy for someone that doesn’t use drugs to say things.But if u r the one on drugs, it’s not that hard to talk about it. For the people that talk about a dead man, that shows what type of character they have. ON or OFF of drugs, at least he tried to help!!!Everyone has an addict in their family-so talk about that.
