ESPY Awards 2009 ceremony aired last night, which took place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, with veteran Hollywood actor Samuel L. Jackson as the evening’s host. And definitely there were some deserving winners.

Daily Contributor reported, there appeared to be one individual that was the biggest winner of the night. And that individual was Michael Phelps, a multiple Olympic gold medalist, who walked away with not one or two, but four awards of the night.

Michael Phelps not only take home the award for Best Male Athlete, which golfer Tiger Woods has won for five years in a row, but he also took home awards for Best Championship Performance, Best Male Olympian and one for Best Record-Breaking Performance.
