Tonight on TV Channel live 8 p.m.-3 a.m. EST, Oct, 30, The Ghost Adventures crew: Zak, Nick and Aaron will lock themselves into the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, WV, for the most ambitious paranormal investigation ever attempted. They will examine the reported hauntings during this 7-hour live event, and watch ghostly activity at this legendary landmark.

So, what do you think about this? Being locked inside the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in West Virginia. For seven hours long. On the night before Halloween. The crew of Travel Channel’s “Ghost Hunters” or “Ghost Adventures” are doing just that tonight. Wait … did you hear that noise?

Actually the asylum is the second-largest hand-cut stone building in the world that built during the Civil War. Its thick walls housed the insane for decades, the unwanted and the neglected. Violence was a common occurrence and inmates were often subjected to brutal treatment. Shut down permanently in 1994, this massive edifice has remained vacant ever since…
