Jaycee Lee Dugard or Jaycee Dugard was lost when she was eleven years old. Today, a woman claiming to be Jaycee Lee Dugard has just turned up at a Bay Area police station.

That was in 1991 at her South Lake Tahoe home. Jaycee Dugard had been missing when she was a kid. A woman claiming to be her today, has just turned up at a Bay Area police station.

Jaycee Lee Dugard was kidnapped from her South Lake Tahow home 18 years ago, all the way back in 1991. So there are some questions, Who kidnapped her? Who has now let her go? Why now? Where has she been all this time?

The FBI, police and her family are all taking it seriously that she may indeed be Jaycee Lee Dugard and there’s a press conference scheduled for later this morning.

Her claim is credible enough that both the FBI and El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department are investigating. They’re planning to hold a news conference later this morning.

Concord police confirm the woman says she was kidnapped 18 years ago and Jaycee’s family members say they have spoken with the woman and believe her.

The stepfather of Jaycee Dugard, told our Sacramento affiliate, “It’s an absolute miracle if it is her. Can you imagine this after 18 years?
