Kanye West VMA interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.
When Taylor Swift won an award on the VMA (Video Music Awards) 2009, where Taylor Swift and Beyonce were nominees, which Taylor Swift won, and the classless Kanye West on national TV took the mic from Taylor during her speech and said that Beyonce had one of the greatest videos of all time, inferring she should have won. He saying that “Beyonce’s music video should have won the moon-man”.
“Beyonce had the best video,” Kanye said, taking the microphone from Taylor Swift. Swift, looking taken aback, left the stage following West’s outburst.
