Richard Castle’s Heat Wave Book

Richard Castle’s Heat Wave is a new book credited to Castle, the title character in the hit ABC series airing tonight at 9 PM EST. HEAT WAVE is the entertaining new novel that the lead in the hit ABC show (Season Two begins September 21), written by the charming and charismatic Richard Castle and bestselling author of the blockbuster Derrick Storm mystery novels. The 208 page book is from Hyperion publishers released last month.

As ABC re-airs the first season of “Castle” this summer, the first ten chapters of the book will be posted on ABC.com, one chapter per week, starting August 10th.

About the Author

Richard Castle is the author of numerous bestsellers, including the critically acclaimed Derrick Storm series. His first novel, In a Hail of Bullets, published while he was still in college, received the Nom DePlume Society’s prestigious Tom Straw Award for Mystery Literature. Castle currently lives in Manhattan with his daughter and mother, both of whom infuse his life with humor and inspiration.
