Sedentary affect to aging
One of the keys if you want long lasting young, is active lifestyle. Sedentary lifestyle or much more sitting in your life will make you aging faster. Those are the research conclusion doing by experts in The King?s College, London recently. Publicated on Archives of Internal Medicine, the research is the result with twins couple of development observes during several years.

The result has shown that twin people phyisically active during free time seems much biologycal younger than his/her brother/sister who is much sitting in their life (sedentary lifestyle). Researcher also found that the key part of DNA which called telomer had shorten faster on people who less activity. This is supposed by researcher that become one of the indication why cells growing older quickly.
