Steve Phillips was fired because he was involved in a sex scandal with his intern, which reported on Sunday from ESPN. His intern is 22-year-old production assistant Brooke Hundley, who sent Marni, Steve Phillips’ wife, a letter describing their relationship, after Phillips ended their relationship, and a birthmark Phillips has on his crotch.
On his Twitter, Mike Soltys who from ESPN said: “Steve Phillips is no longer working for ESPN. His ability to be an effective rep of ESPN has been significantly & irreparably damaged.”
Phillips was involved in a sex scandal regarding a three-week-old affair he had with ESPN Production Assistant Brooke Hundley which turned into “Fatal Attraction” when he tried to break off the relationship.
