Woman Tiffany Reaves accused of luring witness to his death.
Prince George’s County woman, a 30-year-old, is charged with luring a man to his death because he planned to testify against her boyfriend.
Thirty year old Tiffany Reaves, of Upper Marlboro, has been indicted on a federal charge of conspiring to obstruct justice by killing a witness.
Thirty two year old, Andre Hayes, was shot to death in a suburban driveway on Halloween night. Authorities say he had gone there to meet Reaves.
Reaves’s boyfriend, Weldon Gordon, has been indicted on federal drug charges tied to undercover purchases made by Hayes on behalf of federal investigators.
Prosecutors say Reaves first called Hayes a week before his death, pretending to have dialed the wrong number, and began flirting with him.
Both Reaves and Gordon have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
