Tiger Woods is in “serious” condition after being involved in a single car crash near his home in Florida early this morning. Tiger was involved in a car accident just the other night that had him hit his neighbor’s tree and a fire hydrant.
The crash occurred at 2:20 AM in Windermere. He was taken to Health Central Hospital with facial lacerations. Alcohol is said to not be involved in the incident and investigations are still on going. Police say there were no signs of alcohol on the scene. We’re told the police have yet to speak to Tiger.
But let’s look at it this way. Even if alcohol wasn’t involved, where is Woods going at 2:25 a.m. the morning after Thanksgiving. Well TMZ.com take a varied look at the incident and reveals that there may be more to the story than the almighty ESPN would like to unveil.

According to a conversation Woods had Friday after the accident, Tiger Woods did not suffer facial lacerations from a car accident. They were inflicted by his wife, Elin Nordegren. Multiple law enforcement sources tell that Tiger Woods‘ early morning accident came right after an argument with his wife, Elin Nordegren.
The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. TMZ.com told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV, but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club.
TMZ.com told Woods became “distracted,” thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree. Woods had said during the conversation Friday he had been taking prescription pain medication for an injury, which could explain why he seemed somewhat out of it at the scene.
