Actually with the Time Change 2009 Fall recently just make a lot of people became confused. The Daylight Saving Time Fall 2009 is on November 1st at 2 a.m. So it’s about time to set the clock times back! It was in 1985 conceptualized by a certain George Vernon Hudson and right then it was ‘controversial’.
Just to give you a few background on this, The Daylight Saving Time 2009 Fall Back was set to October 2009 to November 1, 2009, which is the first Sunday of November. Whew, time goes by so slowly!
